The Uprightly Program is for anyone who wants to live a spine-healthy life, free from back or neck pain. Telehealth Physical Therapy services are covered by medicare and most insurance companies.

The Uprightly Program is a 6-week Virtual PT program with a personalized spine coach. It requires the rental or purchase of simple in-home spine tools and equipment that helps you rebuild a healthier spine. Optional custom-fit products are available exclusively from Upright Spine to help keep your new spine protected where you sleep, work, and travel.
